Controller and contact
This website is operated by Vinterro Digital. Vinterro Digital is the contact point for personal-data processing carried out through the website and its digital communication channels.
When a commercial project begins, the contracting/service-provider identity and invoicing information are stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Data we collect
The project form may collect name, email, phone, company, website, requested service and project notes. The STARTUP form may collect name, email, phone/WhatsApp, project name, project type and project summary.
Newsletter registration stores the email address and subscription timestamp in the WordPress database. Projectsct-form messages are delivered by email to info@vinterro.digital. Hosting/security systems may generate technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request time and security/error records. We do not intentionally request sensitive-category data.
Purposes and legal bases
Projectsct enquiries are processed to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and take pre-contractual steps. If a project relationship is formed, data may be processed for contract performance, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of rights.
Security and anti-abuse records may be processed for legitimate interests and legal obligations. Newsletter messages are sent after you subscribe and you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting info@vinterro.digital.
Recipients and international services
Personal data is not sold. It may be shared only as necessary with hosting, email, security, backup, accounting/legal or technical service providers, and with public authorities where legally required.
If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure and their own privacy terms apply. International providers may process data outside Türkiye; applicable transfer safeguards are used where required.
Retention
Unconverted project enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless you request earlier deletion. Active customer/project records may be kept for the duration required by contractual, tax, accounting or legal obligations.
Newsletter email addresses are retained until unsubscribe. Security logs are retained for limited periods under the relevant infrastructure/security policy.
Your rights
Under Turkish KVKK you may have rights to obtain information about processing, request correction or deletion when conditions are met, learn recipients, object to certain automated outcomes and claim compensation where applicable.
Where GDPR applies to EU/EEA visitors, rights may include information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to info@vinterro.digital; reasonable identity verification may be required.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards such as data minimisation, access controls, HTTPS/TLS, software updates and backups are used. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
The site is not directed to children and does not intentionally seek personal data from people under 18. This notice may be updated when tools or legal requirements change.
