Website and services
Vinterro Digital provides information about branding, web, SaaS, e-commerce, SEO/AI search, advertising, content, social media and automation services. Website descriptions are general information.
The binding project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment plan, licences and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal, order confirmation or agreement, which prevails if there is any conflict.
Package prices and currency
START, BUSINESS, TOURISM, E-COMMERCE and STARTUP packages show starting or illustrative scopes. Local-currency values may be indicative conversions; the invoice currency and final price are those stated in the written proposal.
Third-party licences, media budgets, domain/hosting, premium plugins, payment or shipping integrations and similar external costs are excluded unless expressly stated.
Projectscts and results
Timelines, revision limits, content responsibilities, approvals and third-party dependencies are defined per project. Client delays in providing access, content or approval can affect the schedule.
SEO, advertising and AI-search services do not guarantee indexing, ranking, traffic, sales, ad approval or inclusion in any specific AI system; outcomes depend on third-party platforms, competition and market conditions.
Intellectual property and portfolio
Vinterro Digital branding, site design, original text, graphics, code and presentation materials remain protected by their respective rights unless agreed otherwise. Client-project IP transfers or licences are defined in the project agreement.
The Projectscts area may contain delivered work, concepts, prototypes and mockups. Inclusion does not by itself claim a commercial client relationship or live implementation. Third-party brands, software, fonts, stock assets and platforms remain subject to their own rights and licences.
Third-party services and acceptable use
WordPress, Shopify, hosting, Google, Meta, WhatsApp and other integrations are governed by third-party terms. Their outages, policy changes, account approvals or algorithmic decisions are outside Vinterro Digital’s direct control.
You may not use the site for unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorised access, automated attacks, content scraping for resale or infringement of third-party rights.
Liability, law and contact
The site is maintained with reasonable care but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Vinterro Digital is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on general website information.
